H-Squared is committed to designing and manufacturing the highest-quality products. Every step in our products evolution involves intense attention to detail. We strive to provide the best product possible at a fair price. We may not be the lowest priced products on the market, but you can rest assured that each and every product you purchase from us will exceed your expectations. If it doesn't, we offer the ability to return it within 30 days. But, that's just the highlights. Here are some details for you:

- Function with design. We all have purchased products that work well but are less than stellar in the design department. Some manufacturers simply produce products to make a quick buck with no long-term desire to keep you as a customer. At H-Squared, each product is designed with just the right mix of form and function.

- Handcrafted with care. While all of our products start their life on the computer, when it comes to the actual fabrication, we hand-make nearly everything here at our facility. While this does take longer and cost a bit more, we believe the end result is a better product that will serve you for years to come.

- No hassle return policy. Don't like what you bought or wanted something different? No problem. Just drop us a line within 30 days and we'll make it right for you.

- Commitment to quality. Before any of our products ever see the light of day, they go through intense design, prototyping, and design phases. Every company tries to build quality products, but at H-Squared, we guarantee it or your money back.

- We're flexible. At H-Squared, we know that it's nearly impossible to meet everyone's requirements. Because we hand-make each product, we are always open to making small design changes to accommodate your needs. Many customers have contacted us with special requirements and we always work with them to build the product they want, usually only for a nominal charge.

Every H-Squared product is backed by a 30-day return policy. All returned parts are subject to a restocking charge. The standard restocking fee is 10%. If any product fails to meet your expectations, simply email: [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA FORM before returning any merchandise.

Fear not. Even if the shipping folks played kickball with your H-Squared order, we've got you covered. Just contact us and let us know what happened. Make sure to keep all of your order including the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged goods just in case we need to get the shipping company involved. Take a few snap shots of your damaged order and include them in your email to us so we can pass those along as well. Then, we'll just get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. It's that easy.

For our customers with large quantity orders, we offer volume discounts starting at 25 units. If you have an order of a minimum of 25 units of any of our products, please Contact Us and we'll provide you with specific pricing details.

H-Squared does not accept POs from educational institutions for quantities less than 25 units. Please visit one of our resellers or contact Apple for your educational discount on our products.

Our online cart system utilizes a real-time rate calculation system that gets the most accurate rates from the carriers we ship with automatically. To find out your shipping costs, go to your Cart, fill up your shopping cart with what you want and then begin the checkout process. A few steps in, you'll be presented with the available shipping options and their respective costs.

If, for some reason, your shipping costs seem too high, it's possible that our system was unable to recognize your address and provide accurate shipping rates. In that event, please recheck your address and make sure it conforms with local postal standards.

We will always work to provide competitive reseller pricing even though are products are hand-made and not mass-produced.
