Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. We ship products via FedEx and have low international shipping rates.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Every H-Squared product is backed by a 30-day return policy. All returned parts are subject to a restocking charge. The standard restocking fee is 10%. If any product fails to meet your expectations, simply email: [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA FORM before returning any merchandise.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
